From the roots
It all started as a family-owned business inspired by the garden. By harvesting our own chile peppers at home, the fascinating process of planting a seed and watching it grow and transform into something else captured our hearts. This love for our garden and our planet inspired us to create a product that would come from The Earth and be a result of this beautiful process of growth.
Time equals perfection
We as a company have the responsibility to deliver the most desirable product, and for us to achieve our goal, time is key. We are grateful for the products the Earth has given us and determined to find the best raw materials available. We give them the proper care to create a whole new sensation in your food. Each one of our processes, from planting the seeds to them reaching your home, is carefully revised and assured to be the best possible quality we can offer.
Merge into one
Once we have all the preparations set and ready, we begin to mix them all together, to create a unique and delicious flavor. This is Chiloko Spicy Seasoning: A mix of chiles (certified by the FDA), citrus and salt, that come together into an explosion of spice and flavor.

Our chiles come from authentic Mexican soil and we work in collaboration with Mexican farmers. Our mission is to share the love we have for our planet and to spread the feelings of love, happiness, unity, and creativity that Chiloko has given us.
We believe time spent with loved ones is precious, our culture has taught us that there is no better way to do this than in the kitchen or at dinner with friends and family.
Harvesting our chiles and reconnecting with the roots and with The Earth gave us a feeling of joy and well being.
We began incorporating our own chile mix into our recipes to create a unique flavor that represents us. We wanted to share our creation, passions and values with our community and that is how Chiloko was born.
Today, our chiles and raw materials have the best quality and are certified by the FDA . We aim to give you the perfect product , therefore all our cleaning protocols are impeccable and all our production and processes are managed with great attention.
